EASY AND FAST ONLINE RETURNS FOR SMALL PACKAGES
Once we receive the item and verify that it is in perfect condition (unused and with all the labels/original packaging) we will proceed to refund the amount of the item with the same means of payment that you used in the purchase. If you are in the Community of Madrid or surroundings, you can go to your nearest Sanferbike store to make the return, we will pick up the item, but the payment of the money will be made from the online store through the same means of payment that you used in the purchase. .
IMPORTANT NOTICE: As an exception, our store in San Sebastián de los Reyes does not work with the Trek or Bontrager brands, nor will we accept returns of Trek or Bontrager products purchased through our online store or in our physical stores.
RETURN OF BICYCLES OR LARGE ITEMS
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Sanferbike will accept the return of the product and the corresponding amount will be refunded according to the method of payment made.
ADMINISTRATION FEES
There are no management fees if you made the payment by bank card: The amount will be paid on the same card. If you paid by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show you the refund amount in your balance until the following month.
There are no management fees if payment is made by bank transfer: We will ask you for an account number where you can pay the amount (you will have to send it to [email protected]).
If you make the payment by financing: the cancellation of the same will be processed after payment of administrative management expenses valued at €50.
PREPARATION COSTS
The prices shown, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include the provision of services necessary in the case of bicycle preparation, nor the expenses of management, adjustment, handling, packaging and preparation for shipment or other additional services and annexes to the purchased product.
Additionally, in case of withdrawal and return, the expenses incurred as a result of your order will be passed on.

CASE OF BICYCLE RETURN: In the specific case of returning the purchase of a frame, bicycle or a bulky item, Sanferbike will pass on the special preparation costs generated by your order valued at €50 for orders from Spain, €100 for Portugal and €150 for internationals, deducting them from the amount to be returned. For example: if you give up the purchase of a €3,000 bicycle, Sanferbike will return the amount paid, subtracting the corresponding expense generated from handling, preparation, packaging and special protection required by the shipment of a bicycle or bulky item; as well as the expenses of definancing if this were necessary.
If the bike is not found at the Sanferbike facilities and it must be expressly requested from the manufacturer or distributor (information indicated during the purchase process), the return costs generated by the return of the bicycle to its warehouse will be added to the previous charges. of origin, provided that the bike has already arrived at Sanferbike or is in transit. We can only avoid passing on this expense if at the time of the withdrawal request, the preparation and shipment by the manufacturer has not yet been executed.
If the brand is national and has the material in Spain, the amount to be passed on is €90.
If the brand's facilities are outside the country (usually Europe), these return costs amount to €250.
These provisions do not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation. You will receive the refund of the amount as soon as possible, with a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product in our warehouse.
