The new Soloist is designed for cyclists and racers who just want a high-performance bike. It balances light weight and aerodynamic advantages to deliver a perfect ride. This CERVÉLO Soloist is slightly lighter than the S5 model, but significantly more aerodynamic than the R5, and borrows the standard threaded bottom bracket found on the R5-CX. Cable routing is inside the carbon frame for aerodynamic reasons, but does not run through the stem. CERVÉLO has designed a cable routing system below the stem but through the bearing cap. It features Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-speed electronic transmission and fits tyres up to 34mm wide.
