GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE SANFERBIKE GIFT CARD

Sanferbike Gift Cards are GIFT COUPONS that can be used in Sanferbike stores and in this online store.

You can use your GIFT VOUCHER to pay the full value or part of the value of the selected item or items.

It can be redeemed on all purchases of an amount equal to or greater than the value of the coupon.

Available with amounts of 20, 50 and 100

SENDING YOUR GIFT VOUCHER

If you buy your GIFT Card through the web you will receive a unique coupon in your email within 2 to 3 business days from the date of the order. If you want us to send the gift voucher to another address, please indicate the recipient's contact information (mail and/or telephone) in the order comments.

USE OF THE GIFT VOUCHER

If you are going to use the gift coupon through the online store, you must enter the coupon that we send you (as if it were a promotional coupon) in the shopping cart before proceeding to pay for the order; and in this way the full amount will be deducted from your order.

If you are going to use the gift coupon in any of our physical stores in Madrid, it is essential that you show the code at the counter so that the stores can apply the balance as a discount on your purchase.

EXPIRATION OF THE GIFT VOUCHER

Gift vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase. At the end of the validity period, they will be deactivated, so they cannot be used for purchases, nor can they be reactivated, nor will the amount be refunded.

PURCHASE RETURNS paid with a gift voucher

If you use the online return process for the items purchased, or if a purchase made with a Sanferbike gift coupon is returned in any of our stores, only the amount paid that does not belong to the coupon will be refunded. The part of the coupon that corresponds to return will be transformed into a balance in the customer account.

Sanferbike gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.

The purchase of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these general conditions of use.
